At Colors of Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
